The Christian Leadership Excellent Awards (CLEA-AWARDS) is a Global Christian awards initiative envisioned and designed to acknowledge and reward the effort and impact of the Global Christian community, leaders and organizations towards the socio-economic, moral and spiritual development of humanity worldwide.
Considering the immense contribution of THE CHURCH globally, since its formation in the first century AD, after the crucifixion, burial, resurrection and accension of our blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, founder and leader of the church, the church has held and still holds pivotal position in the overall development of the human society, spanning, human capacity development, political, social, economic, moral and most importantly Spiritual development of humanity.
in the area of education, the church holds a stunning record of school which are still the fundamental grounds for the economic development of several nations across the globe, mission hospitals, foster homes, etc. . an effort which has gone unnoticed over the years.
CLEA-AWARDS, exist to correct this error by projecting the immense benefits of the Christian faith through ministerial and denominational awards schemes. It further seeks to improve and maintain the dignity and integrity of the Christian faith, by non-recognition of erroneous practices, institution, and denominations within the Christian faith.
We are strongly convicted that, this award scheme will go a long way to maintain the sanity and sanctity of the practitioners, and this will cause them to strive for higher bench mark of excellence and encourage overall effective practice of the Christian faith.
There are two basic ways by which candidates are nominated for awards annually,
- nomination by mass recommendation world wide through website fillings
- nomination by observation, evaluation and assessment of performance by the nomination board of CLEA AWARDS.
The standards for nominations of qualified candidates spans across several observation, Evaluations, monitoring and practical achievements of the candidate over time. Principal amongst them is a resilient standard of excellence in the execution of their duties and responsibilities as Christian denominations and leaders.
Practical achievements in the areas of social responsibilities, and ministry strides over the years and the extent of impact in respect of geographical expansion. As well as other significant achievements.
